1. General User Conduct

1.1 Respect and Responsible Behavior

All users are expected to engage respectfully with others.

Harassment, targeted abuse, or threats toward individuals or groups are prohibited.

1.2 User Responsibility & Liability

You are solely responsible for any content you post, share, or engage with on NOVA PLAYERS CLUB.

NOVA PLAYERS CLUB does not endorse or assume liability for user-generated content.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NOVA PLAYERS CLUB from any claims, damages, or legal disputes arising from your use of the platform.

2. Prohibited Content & Activities

2.1 Harmful, Illegal, or Exploitative Content

You may not post, share, or engage in content that includes:

- Hate speech that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination.

- NSFW or explicit content, including pornography, sexually explicit material, or excessive gore.

- Illegal activities such as drug sales, fraud, hacking, doxing, or cybercrime.

- Misinformation or deliberate spreading of false, misleading, or deceptive content. This includes misinformation about health, elections, or other critical public issues.

- Scams, phishing links, malware, or automated spam.

- Child exploitation or any form of endangerment, which will be reported to authorities.

- No soliciting, sharing, or creating content that depicts, promotes, or attempts to normalize child sexual abuse. This includes real, AI-generated, digitally manipulated, and animated content.

2.2 Fraud, Scams, and Financial Manipulation

Users may not participate in or promote financial scams, fraudulent schemes, or deceptive financial practices.

Selling or purchasing fake engagement (e.g., fake followers, bot-driven engagement) is prohibited.

2.3 Self-Harm and Dangerous Content

Content that glorifies or encourages self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or violence is not allowed.

If you or someone you know needs help, seek professional support.

2.4 False Reports & System Abuse

Submitting false, malicious, or misleading reports against users or enforcement actions is prohibited.

Abuse of the reporting system may result in enforcement actions, including warnings, restrictions, or bans.

3. Privacy, Security & Intellectual Property

3.1 Privacy and Personal Information

Doxing (sharing personal/private information) is strictly prohibited.

Recording or sharing private conversations without consent is not allowed.

Users may not impersonate others in a way that deceives, misleads, or harms individuals or the platform. This includes fake profiles, deepfakes, AI-generated voice manipulations, or unauthorized use of another person's likeness.

3.2 Intellectual Property & Copyright

Do not post or distribute copyrighted material without permission.

If sharing content from others, provide proper credit.

4. Platform Integrity & Fair Use

4.1 Fair Use and Ethical Engagement

Use NOVA PLAYERS CLUB responsibly. Exploiting platform mechanics, mass reporting, or bot-driven engagement is prohibited.

Coordinated efforts to manipulate visibility, engagement, or trends are not allowed.

Users may not coordinate, participate in, or promote mass-reporting, targeted harassment, or platform raids.

Engaging in activities designed to intentionally disrupt other users, groups, clubs, networks, or spaces will result in enforcement actions.

5. Enforcement Actions

5.1 Enforcement Discretion

NOVA PLAYERS CLUB reserves the right to assess user violations based on both on-platform and relevant off-platform behavior when determining enforcement actions.

This includes behavior that poses a security threat, legal risk, targeted harassment toward other users, or any other violation in these NPC Guidelines, whether on or off NOVA PLAYERS CLUB.

Not all violations will result in the same outcome.

Decisions made by NOVA PLAYERS CLUB regarding warnings, suspensions, or bans are final and binding.

5.2 Appeals & Review Process

Users may submit an appeal within 14 days of receiving an enforcement action.

Appeals are reviewed within 30 business days, but NOVA PLAYERS CLUB retains final discretion over all enforcement decisions.

6. Data & Account Termination

If your account is suspended, banned, or deleted, NOVA PLAYERS CLUB may retain certain data for security, moderation, and compliance purposes.

Upon permanent account termination, some data may be irretrievably deleted, and NOVA PLAYERS CLUB is not responsible for restoring lost content.

7. Policy Changes & Updates

NOVA PLAYERS CLUB reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these NPC Guidelines at any time.

Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.

Continued use of NOVA PLAYERS CLUB after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. NPC Guidelines Acceptance

By using NOVA PLAYERS CLUB, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these NPC Guidelines.

Violations may result in enforcement actions, including content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans. In severe cases, violations may be reported to law enforcement.
