By proceeding with club creation and/or club ownership on NOVA PLAYERS CLUB, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Club Owner Agreement.
Effective Date: April 10, 2025
By creating a club on NOVA PLAYERS CLUB, you (Club Owner) agree to abide by this agreement, which outlines your responsibilities and obligations in maintaining a safe, compliant, and community-friendly environment within your Club and your Network. Failure to comply with this agreement may result in penalties, including but not limited to club takedown, account suspension, or permanent removal from NOVA PLAYERS CLUB.
1. Ownership & Responsibilities
1.1 Club Ownership
As the creator of this club, you acknowledge that you are the sole owner and are responsible for all activity within your club, including content, user interactions, and moderation.
You may appoint additional Administrators and Moderators to assist in enforcing rules, but you remain fully accountable for compliance.
1.2 Content & Conduct Management
You are responsible for ensuring that all content posted in your club adheres to guidelines outlined in this agreement and Terms of Service.
Any violations by users in your club may result in enforcement actions against the club and/or your account.
1.3 Explicit Agreement to Enforce Rules
You must establish and enforce clear club rules that align with the standards outlined in this agreement.
You must take action against violations, including warnings, timeouts, temporary bans, or permanent removals.
If NOVA PLAYERS CLUB determines that you have failed to enforce rules, your club may be taken down.
2. Prohibited Content & Activities
You must not allow or facilitate the following in your club:
2.1 Harmful, Illegal, or Exploitative Content
NSFW content is strictly prohibited across all clubs. This includes:
- Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
- Sexually suggestive discussions, images, videos, or links.
- Erotic roleplay or sexual discussions.
- Depictions of sexual violence or non-consensual acts.
2.2 Harassment, Bullying & Exploitation
Harassment & Bullying: You must not facilitate or ignore targeted harassment, doxxing, or cyberbullying.
Grooming & Predatory Behavior: Any attempts to exploit, manipulate, or groom minors will be taken seriously and reported.
2.3 Spam, Scams & Malicious Content
Scams & Fraud: Deceptive practices, pyramid schemes, fake giveaways, or financial scams are prohibited.
Malware & Hacking: Distribution of viruses, malware, phishing links, or hacking tools is forbidden.
Club Owners are responsible for any external links shared in their club.
You must moderate and remove links that contain:
- Harmful, misleading, or deceptive content.
- Malicious downloads or phishing attempts.
- Fraudulent or scam-related activity.
3. Safety & Moderation Responsibilities
3.1 Moderator & Admin Roles
You can assign trusted Administrators and Moderators to help enforce these rules.
You must have a clear reporting and disciplinary process for handling violations within your club.
3.2 Reporting & Cooperation with NOVA PLAYERS CLUB
You must report severe violations to NOVA PLAYERS CLUB.
If NOVA PLAYERS CLUB initiates an investigation into your club, you agree to cooperate fully.
4. Enforcement & Consequences
NOVA PLAYERS CLUB reserves the right to take enforcement actions, including but not limited to:
- Warnings or timeouts for minor infractions.
- Temporary club restrictions if corrective action is needed.
- Club removal for severe or repeated violations.
- Account bans if you, as the owner, are directly responsible for major violations.
5. Announcements & Updates
5.1 Responsible Use of Announcements
Club Owners and Administrators must use announcements responsibly and avoid unnecessary or excessive posting.
Do not spam announcements or updates.
Ensure updates are relevant and necessary for your club community.
Do not mislead, spread false information, or use announcements to manipulate users.
5.2 Subscriber & Community Consideration
We will only send email notifications from your announcements and club casts to your club subscribers who have opted-in to receive them. You can guide and encourage users to subscribe to your notifications, but do not pressure them into doing so.
5.3 Consequences for Misuse
Misuse of announcements may result in:
- Temporary or permanent restrictions on announcement privileges.
- Club penalties, including timeouts or removal from NOVA PLAYERS CLUB.
- Potential account suspension for severe or repeated violations.
6. Agreement Acceptance
By proceeding with club creation and/or club ownership on NOVA PLAYERS CLUB, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Club Owner Agreement. Your failure to comply may result in club termination and account action.
